The layout of this home balances shared and private spaces, with the children/guest bedrooms grouped together on one side and the master suite on the opposite end for privacy. The central open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge areas flow seamlessly into an alfresco space, ideal for family gatherings and entertainment. Utility areas like the pantry, laundry, and study are tucked away, ensuring functionality without disrupting the main living areas. This design encourages family interaction while offering quiet spaces for retreat and privacy.
